Provides technical guidance on complex audit and accounting matters across the firm, supports engagement reviews, maintains firm manuals and methodologies, and leads training and professional development initiatives. Regularly represents the firm during regulatory reviews and examinations to address technical queries and maintain professional accreditations, and collaborates with the UHY network on quality and compliance-related matters.
