Job Description
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development.
- Review the work of junior accounting staff, ensuring tax compliance and accurate financial statements for our clients.
- Conduct complex reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws for medium to high-risk clients.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to Supervisor/Manager to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare financial statements (SMEs, SEs, FULL PFRS)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA or advanced degree holder (Graduates from Provincial Schools are welcome to apply).
- At least 1 year/s of experience in accounting, taxation, and payroll.
- Expert knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Must be familiar with the 2307 certificates.
- Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks, XERO, or SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest and self-motivated, willing to travel on provincial assignments and capable of working independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
- Ideally residing in Pasay, Makati, Manila, Parañaque, or nearby cities.
- Required physical presence at the office or project site.

As a Corporate and Tax Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and assistance to corporate lawyers and tax professionals. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks related to commercial law and taxation, ensuring compliance with government regulations and applicable laws, and supporting in the overall legal engagements of the organization. Work entails extensive research and analysis on commercial and tax laws, rules, and regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of commercial and tax laws in the Philippines.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields or equivalent: Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Legal Management.
- Candidates with almost two (2) years in legal studies may also apply.
- Being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of commercial and tax laws in the Philippines.
- Candidate must be highly analytical and decisive in compliance with the rules and regulations.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Accounting Associate
Job Description
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements of the clients
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws
- Assisting with audits and other financial reviews of clients
- Assisting in preparation of payroll and government contributions of the clients
- Assisting in other compliance with PEZA and SEC regulations
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent; CPA has a greater chance of immediate hiring; Fresh Graduates/Entry Level are welcomed
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Practices
- At least 6-12 months’ experience for applicants specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent, conducting statutory or financial audits, due diligence, fraud, or any special audits (for senior positions)
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, XERO, or SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software
- Knowledge in Oracle, SAP, and other ERPs is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
